We could never adequately express our appreciation for all Cat did to make our wedding one of the most memorable events of our lives. After discussing what type of vows we wanted, we decided to write something completely unique to us but have Cat read it. She delivered our words so eloquently and with such love I still get choked up thinking of it! Her experience in wedding planning and quick thinking provided the answer to several of the last minute hiccups that came along with a destination wedding. The event ended up going so smoothly you’d have thought we’d been rehearsing it for weeks! Despite being a very intimate ceremony, we had guests from three states and many of them did not know each other. Cats warm presence helped draw people together beginning at the welcome party the night before and extending all the way through the reception. Our wedding would not have been memorable without her!

I have known Cat’s daughter, Carrie, for years. When we got engaged I remembered that her mother had begun officiating weddings so I called Carrie to talk about it. If we had to do our wedding all over, Cat would be the first call we make. We discussed with her the type of vows we wanted and she was irreplaceable in helping to bring our vision to fruition. Neither of us are particularly eloquent, but she was helpful in the writing process and created a ceremony that was beautiful and personal to our lives. She is an incredibly friendly and welcoming person and made us feel comfortable from the first meeting. On the day of the wedding she exceeded all of our expectations. She arrived early and helped in the preparation in ways we never would have asked. She even helped with the photographs prior to the wedding, holding and carrying items around, assisting the photographers in detail work (smoothing hair/dresses), and anything else that may have been asked. I have no doubt she is like this with any wedding she performs because of her deep commitment to helping make the day special (and not just because I am friends with her daughter). Our wedding day was incredibly memorable, and much of that is thanks to Cat.

Our engagement was short and sweet, we didn’t want an extravagant wedding, something relaxed and small. So when thinking about who we wanted to perform the ceremony, personality was the most important. Someone who made us feel comfortable and who could perform a ceremony like they have known us forever. Cat delivered! She was extremely flexible when meeting with us, and on such short notice! My fiance at the time lived in another state so he skyped in during our meetings. Her support for the military was great and also an important factor in our marriage. She gave us multiple samples to look at and we worked together to make our ceremony and vows special to us. We loved Cat and couldn’t imagine anyone doing it better! Thanks Cat for being a part of our special day, we are eternally grateful to have had you there. Cat made our day absolutely perfect!

Cat was an amazing find, not only did she marry my husband and I but she also helped coordinate where we needed assistance last minute for the wedding. I could not have asked for a more perfect Officiant on my special day. Thank you so much Cat, for making our wedding day so special. Cat was so personable the moment we met her. She asked some great questions upfront which I think helped us both connect better in a relatively short manner. She really made an effort to personalize it to make it “our ceremony” and customized to our situation.

Cat really listens to you. She offers guidance as needed and is flexible with your wishes for your special day! We highly recommend her. We thought she did a great job for our ceremony and really have no complaints or suggestions for improvements. She actually loves her job and you feel that while working through the process. Cat is the best! We fell in love with her when we first met her. She was so accommodating and she made us feel so special. Surprise, surprise…she met us on the Stone Arch Bridge, to marry us, on a cold winter night… burrr! It was beautiful and of course the tears were flowing along with champagne later, on the horse & carriage ride back to the Inn! We felt like Cat was a member of our family marrying us. Our only complaint was that our time together, with Cat, went by way too fast!!! My husband and I will never forget our time together with her, and would highly recommend Cat!
